Thomas W. Crockett has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Finance Department at TD Banknorth Inc. in Portland. He will continue to be responsible for a variety of duties in his role as a staff accountant.

A South Portland resident, Crockett joined Banknorth in 2001. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Southern Maine.
