Lisa Cook, 22, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Feb. 13, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 5 days suspended and given probation of 1 year. A second charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug was dismissed.

Lawrence A. Croxford. 22, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in South Portland on Sept. 17, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.

William J. Dobson, 34, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on Sept. 4, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 9 days.

Dan B. Doody, 24, of South Portland was found to have violated probation following convictions for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 7, 2000, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 16 months.

Keith M. Dubois, 31, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct in South Portland on Aug. 6, 2004, and was fined $500. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Timothy Ebling, 41, of Naples was found guilty on charges of motor vehicle speeding, 30+ mph over speed limit and driving to endanger in Scarborough on July 18, 2004, and was fined $1350, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days and had license suspended for 60 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Stephen C. Gurney, 20, of Winthrop was found guilty on charges of operating vehicle without a license, possessing loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and refusing to give personal information to officer in South Portland on June 6, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 16 days. Gurney had dismissed charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief.

Steven N. Harriman, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Jan. 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Carl E. Hilton, 59, of Berwick was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Cape Elizabeth on Sept. 1, 2004, and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Timothy J. Hussey, 55, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in South Portland on July 22, 2004, and was fined $300. Charges of driving to endanger and assault were dismissed.

Wendall R. Johnson, 44, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Sept. 12, 2004, and was fined $250.

James Kay, 23, of Biddeford was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Aug. 8, 2004, and was fined $650 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Kevin M. King, 24, of South Portland was found to have violated probation following convictions for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs in South Portland on Jan. 24, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 8 days.

Justin Leland, 29, of South Portland was found guilty on charges of motor vehicle speeding, 30+ mph over limit and failing to stop for officer in South Portland on June 11, 2004, and was fined $800.

Christina Lestage, 22, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 13, 2004, and was fined $400 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked was dismissed.

James W. McCordic, 63, of Houlton was found guilty on a charge of rule violation, operation with false duty in South Portland on May 12, 2002 and was fined $350.

Herbert McGilvary, 36, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Aug. 30, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

John McGovern, 21, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of failing to stop for officer and motor vehicle speeding, 30+ mph over limit in South Portland on Aug. 24, 2004, and was fined $750 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Erin M. McNally, 27, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Portland and was fined $1200 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Jason Perriello, 40, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on July 15, 2004, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Randell R. Raabe, 59, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on Aug. 6, 2004, and was fined $500.

Brian Smith, 21, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal threatening in Portland on Aug. 5, 2004, and was fined $400. A charge of terrorizing was dismissed.

Tom H. Snow, 54, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on Aug. 14, 2004, and was fined $600, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days.

Thomas Staley, 22, of Naples was found to have violated probation following convictions on two charges of assault in South Portland on Nov. 14, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months.

John J. Williams, 22, of Standish was found guilty on charges of possessing loaded firearm in a motor vehicle and carrying concealed weapon in South Portland on July 15, 2004, and was fined $500 on each charge.

Everett F. Wood, 56, of Westbrook was found to have violated probation following convictions for habitual motor vehicle offender and operating under the influence in Scarborough on Nov. 6, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 5 days.
