As an interested property owner and taxpayer I find that they are ramming through the rezoning of land at the Lighthouse Motel. It is a sweetheart deal for the motel owners and a total disregard for the rights and interests of the abutters. I believe that there is no way to justify a third floor addition,

And even if disallowed, their property taxes are unfair and should reflect an amount comparable to taxes paid by neighbors.

By all means, action concerning this transformation should be tabled to allow all abutters’ concerns to be addressed.
