A free resource fair for people with special needs, their caregivers and professionals in related fields will be held Monday, May 2, from 1 to 6 p.m. in room 301 of Bailey Hall on the Gorham campus of the University of Southern Maine.
The fair will have information for people of all ages, from local businesses, government offices, social service agencies and community organizations, on topics including living options, recreation and transportation.
The fair, which will include door prizes, information packets and refreshments, is being organized by Scarborough High School special education teacher Cathy Jordan and members of a graduate-level class she is in at USM.
