The Cape Elizabeth and South Portland Triad groups will have their Monthly Issues program on Wednesday, April 20, at 1 p.m. at the Cape Elizabeth Fire Station on Ocean House Road. Michael Doyle of the U.S. Postal Service will present the program on information on identity theft, work at home scams, and other types of fraud. Light refreshments will be served. Parking is in the rear of the fire station.
