Pond Cove School
•Items needed:
-World Book Encyclopedia, 1995 or newer
-Small portable hanging radio
-Small CD player
-Ranger Rick magazines
-Playmobil sets, Legos
-Treadmill, exercise bike
-Small plastic toys to be used as prizes
-Cranium games for ages 5 and up
-Models of engines (car, jet, boat etc)
-Textured craft supplies
-Used guitar in good condition
-Used tennis balls
-Empty ink jet cartridges
Middle School
•A volunteer carpenter is needed to help a group of eighth graders design and build a rolling cart to house their newly created school store. The volunteer needs to feel comfortable leading and teaching eighth graders. Materials will be provided.
•Items needed:
-Stationary bikes
-Yoga mats, balance training mat, ankle and wrist weights, medicine ball, large exercise ball
-Bands for resistive exercise (latex-free)
-Used copies of Reader’s Digest magazine
-Yarn
-Clothing from the 1930s (dresses, men’s hats and suits) for the school play
-New DVD players
High School
•Items needed:
-3 standing lamps and 2 table lamps
-Kitchen supplies for the Life Skills program: stock pot, cookie sheets, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, toaster with wide slot.
-Life Skills would also like: portable CD player, CD Walkman, DVD, small couch, rocking chair with stationary base
-Useable/fixable mountain bikes
-Useable fly tying/fishing rods for fishing club
-Fluorescent grow lights
-Photo quality lights and photo umbrellas
-Used but operative 35 mm cameras for student use
-Art or photography books
-Clip-in binding cross-country skis, boots, poles
-Roller blades; golf clubs and golf balls
-Bocce sets; ping-pong tables and paddles
