Sean E. Welsch, 26, of Grant Street, Portland, was arrested on a warrant charging failing to pay fine for operating after suspension.

James E. Jutras, 24, of Oakleaf Motel, Route 1 Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant charging violation of bail on a charge of unlawful possession of drugs.

Ronald A. Aube, 50, of Oceanview Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Oceanview Road on a warrant charging two counts of violation of protection order.

Corey G. Faulkner, 19, of Halidon Road, Westbrook, was arrested on Cardinal Lane on charges of possession of Schedule W drugs (heroin), possession of a suspended license, a warrant charging failing to appear on a charge of criminal speeding and a warrant charging failing to appear on a charge of theft.
