Pepin, 19, of South Portland was found guilty on charges of assault on an officer and criminal mischief in South Portland on April 25, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 9 months suspended, given probation of 3 years, restitution of $510 and Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

Jeffrey H. Punsky, 45, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 27, 2004, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.
