Jason D. Hess, 29, Proprietors Road, Buxton, was arrested on a warrant charging failing to appear on a charge of operating while license was suspended.

Jessica M. Moore, 19, of High Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Payne Road on a warrant charging criminal mischief.
