George A. Robinson Jr., 54, of Portland had dismissed a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on April 21, 2004.

Jon Rolfes, 48, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in Scarborough on Jan. 4, 2003, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 2 days.

Jeffrey Roy, 34, of Springvale was found guilty on a charge of forgery in South Portland on Oct. 20, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months, all suspended, given probation of 1 year, restitution of $1542.71. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.

Robert T. Roylance, 48, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on June 18, 2002, and was fined $500.

Robert J. Stanton, 52, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on March 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 7 days suspended, given probation of 2 years and restitution of $1400. A second charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery was dismissed. Stanton was also found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gray on Feb. 1, 2003, and was ordered to pay restitution of $1755.

David Stephenson, 24, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on March 27, 2004, and was fined $400 and restitution $110. Charges of unlawful furnishing scheduled drug and operating vehicle without a license were dismissed.

Jennifer Tetrault, 34, of Hollis was found guilty on a charge of theft by deception in South Portland on Oct. 18, 1999, and was fined $250, restitution of $6276.23.

Jing Yue Zhang, 41, of South Portland had dismissed charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, refusing to sign summons, refusing to sign civil violation summons in Scarborough on April 7, 2004; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property in South Portland on April 3, 2004.

Julia Coan, 48, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on June 18, 2004, and was fined $1000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 90 days.

Christine M. Courchesne, 29, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on June 26, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days.

William Forbes, 35, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in Scarborough on July 12, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 4 months. Two other charges of assault were dismissed.

Edward Elma Gerding Jr., 42, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in South Portland on May 6, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 1 year, all but 5 days suspended and given probation of 1 year. A charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer was dismissed.

Anthony L. Gibbons, 44, of Scarborough had a charge of criminal trespass in Scarborough on May 3, 2004, dismissed.

Dennis James, 41, of South Portland was found to have violated probation following a conviction for operating under the influence in Falmouth on Feb. 26, 2002, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 75 days.

Jeff Jean-Paul, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in Scarborough on May 30, 2004, and was fined $750 and given community service of 30 hours within.

Justin D. Leland, 29, of Gray was found to have violated probation following a conviction for driving to endanger in Scarborough on Feb. 22, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 15 days.

John Lespasio, 48, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of leaving scene of motor vehicle accident in South Portland on June 23, 2004, and was fined $300.

Michael A. Lewey, 25, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of eluding an officer in South Portland on May 16, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, all but 164 days suspended and given probation of 2 years. Lewey was also found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days. Charges of operating after suspension and failing to stop for officer were dismissed.

Charles Michael Limanni, 34, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of burglary in South Portland on Dec. 12, 2003, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months, restitution $2380. Charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief and misuse of identification were all dismissed.

Lucia Lombardi, 27, of South Portland had dismissed a charge of contempt in Portland on Feb. 7, 2003.

Jamie Lovejoy, 22, of Waterboro was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit in South Portland on April 10, 2004, and was fined $500.

Leroy McLeod, 23, of Portland had dismissed charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property in South Portland on Feb. 24, 2003.

Matthew Michaud, 19, of Falmouth had dismissed a charge of motor vehicle speeding; 30+ mph over speed in Scarborough on Aug. 30, 2004.

Tyler Morin, 19, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on May 2, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 60 days suspended and given probation of 1 year.

Tempest S. Pageau, 36, of South Portland was found to have violated probation following convictions for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery in Scarborough on Dec. 18, 1998, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 20 months. Pageau was also found to have violated probation following convictions for negotiating a worthless instrument and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gray on April 19, 2000, and a conviction for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gray on June 12, 1999.

Aron K. Pepin, 19, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on June 2, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

Aron J. Pepin, 19, of South Portland was found guilty on charges of assault on an officer and criminal mischief in South Portland on April 25, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for 2 years, all but 9 months suspended, given probation of 3 years, restitution of $510 and Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

Jeffrey H. Punsky, 45, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Scarborough on June 27, 2004, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.
